To be fair to all clients and those on our waitlist, appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments that are not confirmed may be released and offered to another client.New Clients: If you no-show, fail to confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance, or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, your $30 deposit will be forfeited. In addition, a $50 no-show/late cancellation fee will be charged per appointment slot booked. To book a future appointment, the $50/$100 fee must be paid, along with payment in full for the new service being scheduled.Existing Clients: We understand that life happens and therefore offer one courtesy occurrence. The first no-show, failure to confirm 24 hours prior, or cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a waived $50 fee.A second occurrence will result in a $50 no-show/late cancellation fee that must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.A third occurrence will result in one session being deducted from your package (or forfeiture of the appointment value if purchased individually), and future appointments may require prepayment at the discretion of STL Body.By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
